Cisco will be upgrading your WebEx Meeting Center service to WBS31.11 on Saturday, April 22, 2017 between 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM Pacific.
All Cisco WebEx meeting hosts and participants will receive the new version of the meeting client upon entering a session for the first time after the upgrade.
The new Productivity Tools client will be offered when users launch Productivity Tools for the first time after the upgrade.
